Job description

In the Facilities Maintenance role you will oversee the cleanliness of the stores, perform preventive maintenance, and emergency repair services for food service equipment. You will help the stores by servicing their kitchen equipment so they can be fully operational to serve the guests to keep product going out the door. You will communicate all repairs, replacements or service orders to the Directors of Operations.

The Facilities Maintenance team member assists the team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant property and equipment. The responsibilities may include, but are not limited maintaining exterior grounds including power washing, maintaining interior cleanliness of stores, cleaning machines, inside and outside windows, diagnosing and servicing equipment, responding to service calls in a timely manner, keeping stock of maintenance inventory and assets, tracking analytics on all assets, keep storage areas clean and tidy, general handyman services (i.e. hanging shelves, changing lights, basic plumbing, basic electrical, etc.),submitting help tickets online, and inspect all equipment weekly in the stores.
