Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role as an Electrician located in Waterloo, IA. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring that work is in accordance with relevant codes. The Electrician will also diagnose and troubleshoot problems with electrical systems, and collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that electrical systems are functional and safe.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an apprenticeship program or technical school training in electrical systems
  • Valid journeyman electrician license
  • Experience with electrical codes and regulations
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time; climb ladders, scaffolding, or poles; and be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
