Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Electro-Mechanical Engineer About Us

We are a family-owned manufacturing company that has been in business for over 40 years. Specializing in a full range of custom manufacturing products including metal fabrication and turnkey electro-mechanical assembly, we produce products for a host of customers across a diverse array of industries. We are looking to add a Mechanical Engineer to our team on-site at our Rocky Gap, VA facility.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, conceptualize and create mechanical designs for new products
  • Create and review technical drawings, plans and specifications using computer software
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and work with vendors and contractors
  • Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
Requirements and Skills
  • 2โ€“4-year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Excel
  • Experience with AutoCAD, CAD software, Solid Works and Solid Edge (preferred)
  • Excellent math skills, ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Use calipers and tape measure to create 3D modeling
  • Ability to understand and follow all safety rules and regulations
