Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed technical solutions to troubleshoot issues both onsite and on-call support
  • Take charge of urgent and serious defected cases as a Technical Specialist
  • Consult System Air Conditioner's dealers and contractors in area of technical solution
  • Responsible for testing and site inspection in commissioning phase
  • Manage Company's Big Project such as required technical support including good communication with customers.
  • Manage and monitor Outsource Service Technicians' performance
  • Gather technical information for report preparation and set up team working schedule
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Design & Planning:

  • Design and calculate for air con drawing in DVM software with cooling load calculation for commercial air conditioners (VRF, DVM chiller).
  • Calculate equipment selection at DVM software and commercial air conditioning system.
  • Review project specifications, drawing and technical requirements.
  • Survey on site and meeting with client's engineer, architect, contractors and sub-contractors to understand the requirement of air conditioning system and process to support with best system of design and product technical for projects.

Site Supervision & Coordination:

  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project implementation.
  • Corporate with customer service team for project installation, testing & commission and project handover.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 - 10 years working experience in System Air Conditioner, HVAC systems
  • Having an intensive experience in Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), willing to learn and adapt knowledge to other related system
  • Energetic, mature, positive thinking and service-minded
  • Well-organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel upcountry as business required
  • Good command of English both written and spoken with computer literacy
