Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical and Controls team to support the development of Cooling Disruption Units and Industrial Air Conditioning systems. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience integrating Electrical Motors, Variable Frequency Drives, Control Algorithms and Power Delivery Components.

Responsibilities
  • Research, selection, and integration of electrical power components, motors, drives and control systems in our Cooling Disruption units and Industrial Air Conditions systems
  • Specify and support verification and validation testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance of the components
  • Integration of electrical components and practices to ensure performance to EMC specifications
  • Developing of Generative AI Control Algorithms to improve the response and efficiency of our systems
  • Providing technical mentoring to team members supporting the projects and products
  • Investigate the root cause of component failures and implement corrective actions
  • Support current product issue identification and resolution
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering project leads, project management, and marketing to deliver solutions to our customers
Knowledge & Skills
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Control Systems design
  • Experience with hardening and testing designs to comply with EMC standards
  • Demonstrated experience developing control systems and algorithms
