Job Description

Senior Project Manager with previous experience managing industrial water and/or wastewater projects to lead planning and design of water reuse and wastewater projects, assisting with business development activities throughout the United States.


Location: Hybrid, minimum two days in office; can be based at any industrial office in the United States (Houston, Irvine, Fairfax VA, Portland, New Orleans, Raleigh, Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix, Austin, Concord CA, Edison, Albany, Boston, Wadsworth OH).


Responsibilities

  • Manage and serve as the lead Project Manager on water/wastewater projects.

  • Provide technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentoring engineering staff to enhance water/wastewater design capabilities.

  • Responsible for scope, schedule, budget development, monitoring and adherence for projects.

  • Complete Quality Assurance/Quality Control of key deliverables and assist on projects managed by others.

  • Assist Client Service Leaders with technical marketing for clients throughout the U.S.

  • Participate in professional societies relevant to the industry.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key decision makers in client organizations.


Qualifications

  • 10 years of related experience.

  • PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list.

  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties and project demands.

  • Equivalent directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional engineering (PE) license, strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, or related degree.

  • Previous experience working on and managing projects for Industrial water/wastewater clients.

  • Previous experience managing multi-discipline project teams.

  • Excellent communication, networking and team building skills.

  • Previous experience working directly with clients.

  • Previous business development experience including preparation of proposals, scopes of work and cost estimates for industrial clients.


Pay Range

  • USD $120,973.00 – USD $211,723.00
