Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
  • Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in power industry as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager
  • Experience estimating engineering hours and mentoring team members preferred
  • Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred
  • Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
  • Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks

Compensation Range
