Whether you’re designing a fire alarm system for an office, or developing a lighting solution for a 30-story residential building, you’ll feel good knowing your work will impact people across Ontario for years to come.   Your tasks will include:   * Meet and consult with clients to identify project needs and determine design parameters * Work closely with our team of designers to develop, model, and review lighting and electrical designs   * Work with clients to iterate designs as necessary throughout the construction stage * Visit job sites (within 100km of our office), 1-2 times per week to inspect project progress and see your designs come to life * As you gain experience, get involved with the project proposal and quotation stages   This is a unique opportunity to bring your electrical engineering expertise to a small, and close-knit team, where your efforts and impact will be recognized and valued immensely.   You’ll enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, where your success will depend on your collaborative working style, your consultative approach to clients, and your superb communication skills.     Working with Mighton Engineering   With over 250 projects completed each year, you’ll enjoy new challenges and exciting learning opportunities regularly. We keep up with cutting-edge technology, and strive to be on the forefront of electrical design (we can’t wait for you to check out our virtual reality room, where you’ll model your projects!).   With us, there is no doubt that you’ll grow your subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge. We care about investing in our employees for the long-run, and if you ask our team, they’ll tell you that’s just one of the many reasons why they stick around. Eng in Ontario (or close to obtaining your P.
