Job Summary

The Lead Electrical Engineer will design the power architecture for our tactical vehicles. You will be responsible for creating reliable electrical systems that operate in extreme conditions, supporting everything from advanced communications, thermal imaging and lighting systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and direct a team of Electrical and Mechatronic Engineers
  • Lead the design of electrical schematics and power distribution for all vehicle platforms
  • Direct the selection of critical components to ensure global durability and performance
  • Manage the full prototyping and testing lifecycle for next-generation integrated systems
  • Enforce standards for wire harness designs, routing, and manufacturing best practices
We’re Looking For
  • 10 years of Electrical Engineering experience (5+ years in a relevant hands-on role)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar design software
  • Strong understanding of DC electrical systems (12V/24V)
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment electrical design
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and safety
