Your responsibilities vary based on the short-term needs of your employer, but you may design, test, and troubleshoot electrical equipment. You may also help other engineers with design plans and activities, check for technical accuracy, ensure quality electrical design, provide feedback, and guide other engineers with work on electronics on a project-by-project basis. You may also help budget and manage the electrical aspects of a project.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Electrical Engineer on a contract basis, and why are they important?
