Job description

We are seeking a skilled Facility Technician (Electrical Specialization) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical distribution, lighting systems, control panels, and preventive maintenance. You will ensure all electrical components operate safely and efficiently while supporting overall facility operations. This position also assists with electrical upgrades, project installations, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and company standards.ย 

Key Responsibilityย 

  • Manage and coordinate the (mainly electrical) parts of all the projects.ย 

  • Responsible for daily operations, inspection, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical building systems.ย 

  • Oversee regular walkthroughs of operational units, identify technical issues, performing maintenance, and necessary installation work.ย 

  • Responsible for monitoring and inspecting cooling/heating and electrical systems.ย 

  • Supervise the activities of all contracted partners working on-site.ย 

  • Operating the building management system.ย 

  • Familiar with MS Office at a user level.ย 

  • Knowledge of PLC and pneumatic systems.ย 

  • Willing and able to work different shifts.ย 

Experience/Educationย 

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience (vocational, secondary technical school, or qualification in building engineering/mechatronics preferred).ย
