Pay Range: $42,800.00 - $61,500.00

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Panel Shop Technician to join our team. This experienced position is ideal for individuals looking to grow a career in electrical panel assembly and wiring. You will work under the supervision of warehouse manager to schedule, assemble, and ship orders on-time

Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule and maintain orders from PO to Ship
  • Assemble and wire the electrical control panels according to schematics and layout drawings.
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Support inventory management by tracking parts and materials.
  • Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Background/knowledge in electrical systems, assembling, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of electrical components is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with tools
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
