B.S. Electronics Engineering, Ability to troubleshoot and install electrical and electronic systems, Evaluate and correct electrical problems, Experience in Requirements Analysis, Project Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Developing Budgets, Process Improvement, Self-Development, Planning, Verbal Communication

1.     Assists/Leads in the development of manufacturing and assembly methods by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling of electrical components; while complying with customer requirements and soliciting operator input

2.     Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.

3.     Validates personnel, system's, production equipment and test capabilities to insure the successful on boarding of new customer products/builds

4.     Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

5.     Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.

6.     Assists in the quality assurance process by designing, developing and providing training on electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.

7.     Participate and lead NPI, RFQ, Engineering Changes, Project Management, Troubleshooting, Kaizen activities

8.     Creates and maintains BOM structures within ERP system

9.     Maintains product and company reputation by assuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

10.   Participates/leads LEAN projects on a regular basis

11.   Works with vendors to create and deliver solutions for customers.

12.   Develops and completes project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.

13.   Works closely with repair team in troubleshooting PCBA’s and other electronics

14.   Assists production/operations as needed.

15.   Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

16.   Other duties as assigned
