Full-time 1st shift  on call rotation required.  9am to 5:30pm Tuesday through Saturdays
 
Assist in providing maintenance necessary for the care of facility creating a 
pleasant and comfortable physical environment for residents, employees and general public. 
 
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with or in field of electrical repair, boiler maintenance, painter, construction, plumbing, and groundskeeper preferred.  
  • Must be available to work other than normal hours as needed and be able to assume pager responsibilities.
  • Driver’s License
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Must be able to: 
Walking:                3-7 hours/day 
Lifting:                   Over 50 lbs good body mechanics or 25-50 lbs improper mechanics 
Twisting:                Moderate:  121-480 twists/day (480 based upon 1 twist per minute) 
Bending:                Moderate bending:  121-480 bends/day (480 based on 1 bend/minute) 
Squat/Kneel:          3-7 hours/day 
Endurance:             Heavy energy requirements (7-9 mets) 
Assist with snow removal on the property as assigned
