About This Role:
The Apprentice Electrician plays a vital role in Crusoe's Manufacturing team, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced electricians and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You will assist with diagnostic, repair, assembly, and installation of various electrical components and systems, directly impacting the efficiency and reliability of our operations. This role is crucial for maintaining our infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted production. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual currently enrolled in a Journeyman Electrician program, possessing a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. This is a full-time position.
What You'll Be Working On:
  • Electrical System Support: Assist electricians with diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and installing diverse electrical components and systems.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to complete electrical tasks effectively.
  • Parts Management: Order electrical parts, maintain accurate work logs, and collaborate with other service workers on large projects.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Help identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, repair equipment, and replace defective parts.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with electricians and other team members to identify and solve problems.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively seek opportunities to learn new skills and expand your electrical knowledge.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Electrical Apprenticeship Program Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an Electrical Apprenticeship program.
  • Electrical Familiarity: Basic understanding of electrical work and terminology.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Technical Skills: Aptitude for using tools and performing technical tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $27 -$39/HR + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
