Job description

PRICE ELECTRIC is seeking Traveling Electrical Foremen to lead and supervise job site teams on electrical projects on our growing traveling workforce team. This person is the primary on-site contact and is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and successful project execution.

We work on commercial and industrial projects throughout the country, where you get the opportunity to travel from site to site for job assignments lasting from one month to over a year. The first job assignment is in Cedar Rapids, IA.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and supervise electrical crews while promoting a strong safety culture
  • Ensure work meets all code, quality, company, and customer standards
  • Plan and schedule labor and resources, including 2-week look-ahead schedules
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
  • Monitor productivity, materials, and job progress to meet timelines
  • Use tools such as Procore, BIM, Outlook, Teams, and related technology
  • Mentor and train apprentices and team members
What we’re looking for:
  • Graduate of an accredited electrical apprenticeship with at least 2 years relevant work experience (or equivalent education/training)
  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • Active electrical license (Journeyman license may be required based on work)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
