Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems (wiring, conduit, panels, fixtures, outlets, switches).

• Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring per specifications.

• Pull wire through conduit and structures.

• Assist with installing and connecting electrical devices, breakers, and panels under direct supervision.

• Learn to test circuits and components using multimeters and other diagnostic tools.

• Observe and assist with troubleshooting basic electrical issues alongside a journeyman or master electrician.

• Keep the job site clean, organized, and stocked with needed materials.


General Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Accurately document work performed.

• Learn and apply industry best practices and new technologies.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.


Qualifications

• Strong interest in learning the electrical trade.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
