We are helping our client hire a Body Shop Service Technician to support and maintain a cutting-edge fleet of autonomous electric vehicles. What You'll Do
As a Body Shop Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping a high-tech fleet road-ready and operating at peak performance.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Assess and document vehicle damage after road incidents
  • Perform minor on-site repairs and coordinate major repairs with service partners
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.)
  • Monitor vehicle condition and proactively report issues
  • Support field operations, including car evacuations and towing coordination
  • Transport vehicles for service appointments, repairs, and washes
  • Maintain fleet and shop cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
Body Shop & Exterior Repair Work:
  • Perform panel alignment and fitment
  • Repair or replace trim, bumpers, mirrors, and exterior components
  • Complete cosmetic repairs from low-impact damage or wear
  • Sand, prep, prime, and perform paint touch-ups
  • Assist with light welding as needed
  • Assess cosmetic vs. structural damage
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in automotive body repair, panel fitting, or exterior component installation (required)
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Experience with electric vehicles (preferred)
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools used in body work
  • Understanding of vehicle fit and finish standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
Shift Options
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM
