Are you looking to join an innovative engineering consulting firm with a strong electric utility team that supports clients in over 35 different industries? Entrust Solutions Group has embraced growing markets such as renewables, power engineering services, EV infrastructure, data analytics, and geospatial with cutting edge engineering, consulting, and automation services.

We have a current need for a seasonal Construction Manager based in the Hays, KS area. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor construction activities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership
  • Support project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication, organization, and documentation
  • Knowledge/experience of electric transmission and distribution, and or substations.
  • Ability to read and redline drawing packages including civil, structural, process, and electrical
  • Proficient in the following: MS Office (Outlook, excel, word, etc).
  • Strong project management and field oversight skills
