Job description

Drive the flow at Waltz Mill

Join us on site in Madison, PA as a contract Industrial Materials Movement Coordinator reporting to the Material Handling Supervisor. Your focus: orchestrate the safe, accurate movement of equipment and containers while recording every transaction in SAP.

Your impact
  • Keep the Service Center and wider Waltz Mill site moving by transporting equipment and shipping containers with powered industrial lift trucks.
  • Control trailer positioning using the Terminal Tractor (Yard Jockey) across the Service Center Area and throughout the site.
  • Execute SAP movement transactions and scan materials to maintain real‑time visibility and accuracy.
  • Deliver products to internal customers on schedule using forklifts or the yard jockey as needed.
  • Load and unload trucks bringing containers and equipment into and out of the site.
  • Prepare shipments—inspect, mark, label, and weigh containers before dispatch.
  • Track location status for equipment and containers as they move through the yard and facility.
  • Maintain container certification records and inspection documentation.
  • Perform pre‑use and daily checks on handling equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Tools and skills
  • Powered industrial lift trucks; Terminal Tractor (Yard Jockey); material‑tracking scanners.
  • SAP for movement transactions and basic computer skills to support accurate data entry.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of safe powered‑industrial‑truck operation with no accident history.
  • Class A driving experience plus a clean driving record.
  • Proven skill backing and maneuvering heavy equipment and trailers.
  • Background in yard maintenance/yard operations and forklift use.
  • Comfort with scanning devices and SAP transactions.
