ABOUT THE POSITION:
A Voter Registration Representative is responsible for working in the field to register new voters throughout their assigned area. Voter Registration Representatives are focused exclusively on voter registration, collecting and submitting accurate voter registration forms, tracking daily and weekly registration numbers, and reporting outreach activity and results to their manager. Responsibilities include tabling and canvassing at high-traffic locations and events, working assigned lists and territories to maximize registration volume, and maintaining clean, complete, and timely data entry for every registration collected. The ideal candidate works as part of a team to ensure the success of the voter registration effort and the Field Program overall. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Passion for conservative politics and election work
