Election phone banking is a volunteer or paid activity where individuals make phone calls to voters on behalf of a political campaign or organization. The goal is often to encourage voter turnout, provide information about candidates or issues, and sometimes to identify supporters or persuade undecided voters. Phone bankers typically follow a script and record feedback from the people they contact. This method is considered an effective way to reach a large number of voters directly and personalize campaign outreach.
