Salary: $115,000 to $160,000 based on experience and licensure

Come join our team as a Licensed Facility Administrator at our state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility. This leadership position oversees and is responsible for the facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines.
• Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with team members, families and community.
• Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:
• Team member satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads.
• Assists with team member issue management.
• Patient/Responsible party satisfaction.
• Accounts receivable.
• Quality of Care – Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4‑star on the CMS 5‑star program.
• Manages the CMS quality indicators.
• Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow‑up on requested items (i.e., AR issues/questions, corporate monthly reports, invoices, payroll summaries, credit card expense reporting).
• Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO.

Qualifications

• Person who desires working with elderly and desires to achieve excellent outcomes for patients/families and staff.
• Follows the facility mission, vision and values to achieve great outcomes.
• Maintains an active Administrator’s license in the state where the facility is located.
