Job Description

Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their busy walk-in clinic in Chico, California. This clinic deals with a wide scope of disciplines including primary care, urgent care, and occupational medicine. This is an exciting locum position with a beautiful location, Chico is a vibrant town in Northern California. Living in Chico you will come to enjoy the farmers markets, the surrounding natural beauty, and the exciting events hosted by the three major colleges surrounding Chico. Chico is also home to the National Yo-Yo museum, historic El Rey Theater, and the three surrounding national forests, meaning Chico has a wide variety of activities and fun able to cater to which ever type of lifestyle you want to lead.

Details:

• Full-time, locum position

• Clinic is open seven days per week

• Schedule is 35 hours per week, minimum, with rotating weekends and evenings

• Caseload of about three patients per hour

• Record patient history and perform physical examinations

• Diagnose patients and monitor the care they receive

• EMR: Allscripts
