Job description

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you're passionate about developing your career while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

As the Senior Process Transformation Analyst, you will work on some of Broadridge's highest-priority transformation initiatives, partnering directly with business and technology leaders to redesign how critical parts of the company operate. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Strategy, this role sits within the Corporate Strategy organization and offers high visibility, exposure to senior executives, and the opportunity to work across businesses and functions on enterprise transformation priorities.

You will help understand and simplify complex end-to-end processes, identify opportunities to improve productivity and client outcomes, and design and implement AI-enabled future-state processes. You will be expected to go beyond analysis-working closely with business leaders and subject-matter experts to translate ideas into practical changes with measurable impact. Given the breadth of the role, you will quickly develop deep knowledge of Broadridge's businesses, operating processes, and technology environment. We see this as a strong development opportunity for high-performing talent, with the potential to take on increasing responsibility and build a career across Corporate Strategy, business functions, and operating businesses over time.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of direct experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, transformation, or process improvement and/or 2-4 years managing process improvement / engineering projects. They are highly curious, analytically strong, organized, and comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels of an organization. Deep prior expertise in fintech is not required; success will come from the ability to quickly learn complex domains, ask thoughtful questions, make processes visible, and translate insights into practical change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leaders and subject-matter experts to understand complex current-state processes from intake through completion, including handoffs, systems, decisions, controls, exceptions, and client impacts.

  • Facilitate or support process-discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and observations across business, operations, technology, risk, and finance teams.

  • Create clear current-state process maps, service blueprints, swim-lane diagrams, journey maps, decision trees, and supporting process documentation.

  • Identify process pain points, duplicate effort, manual workarounds, rework, bottlenecks, variation, unclear ownership, and opportunities for standardization.

  • Analyze process data and qualitative feedback to quantify volumes, cycle times, error rates, workload drivers, client-impacting issues, and potential benefits of change.

  • Work with process owners to define future-state workflows that improve efficiency, scalability, controls, employee experience, and client experience.

  • Evaluate where AI, automation, workflow tools, knowledge management, analytics, and decision support could improve a process; distinguish appropriate use cases from those requiring human judgment or additional controls.

  • Help translate future-state concepts into practical requirements, user stories, business rules, operating procedures, and implementation workplans.

  • Support prioritization of transformation opportunities using factors such as value, feasibility, risk, client impact, implementation effort, data readiness, and change complexity.

  • Prepare concise executive-ready materials that communicate process findings, recommendations, tradeoffs, risks, expected benefits, and decisions needed.

  • Track actions, dependencies, decisions, risks, and milestones across multiple transformation workstreams.

  • Support pilots, testing, rollout readiness, training materials, adoption measurement, and continuous-improvement activities after implementation.

  • Build constructive working relationships across separate organizational pillars while encouraging an enterprise, end-to-end perspective.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of direct experience in consulting, business analysis, transformation, operations, process improvement, or a comparable analytical role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, finance, industrial engineering, information systems, analytics, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated ability to map and analyze end-to-end business processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear summaries and presentation materials for leadership.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and process-mapping or diagramming tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, organize priorities, and maintain reliable follow-through in a changing environment.

  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort handling process, client, financial, and operational information appropriately.

  • Curiosity, humility, resilience, and a collaborative working style.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, design thinking, Agile delivery, business process management, or continuous-improvement methods.

  • Operations consulting experience would be highly valued (e.g., E2E process redesign, operational improvement).

  • Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or comparable process, workflow, and analytics tools.

  • Experience working with automation platforms, knowledge-management solutions, AI-enabled tools or digital workflow improvements.

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B services, enterprise software, shared services, billing operations, or client operations.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000- $120,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
