Job description

Hi, I'm Lolitta Tucker, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.

We are looking for a Mail Clerk or Mail Clerk Sr- Day Shift who will:


Perform special handling processes such as group and burst statements while performing quality and quantity checks.

. Maintain an accurate log of ESP, AESP and Direct Solutions statements, labels, past due notices and repots by cycle, date, description of statement types and products.
Maintain and update customer address information on multiple shipping systems within the department.
Monitor and reprint any damaged statements to ensure accuracy.
Utilize CSG tracking software to complete the mailing process.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:


Are dependable and are open to working a10 -hour shift schedule of 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Monday- Thursday. May include some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available.
Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
Are proficient in English in a business environment.
