What trucking companies will give a second chance to employers?

Many trucking companies that hire EFS Fuel Card users and other drivers with past issues offer second chances, often considering factors like recent employment history and driving records. Companies such as CRST, Swift, and Prime have programs or policies that may accommodate drivers with prior challenges, especially if they demonstrate reliability and meet safety standards. It's important to research each company's specific hiring policies and be prepared to provide explanations for past issues during the application process.
