Responsibilities
Job Summary: As an eFulfillment Center Coordinator, you will perform clerical operational duties like stock control, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You'll also serve as a dispatcher--coordinating the departures of eFC Route Drivers and helping them when in a road-side bind.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Administration / Receiving / Shipping:
- Coordinates the unloading of H-E-B and DSD inbound trucks
- Reviews purchase orders daily; prints paperwork for receiving
- Verifies Product ID (UPC, pack size, description, code date) and quantity against purchase order (PO)
- Reconciles Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) / PO discrepancies
- Assigns pick location to ensure products are accurately stored
- Ensures that operational benchmarks (e.g., on-time releases, receiving) are on track daily
- Properly marks and / or tags orders with defined shipment information
- Performs workload planning
- Resolves Selectors' shorts
- Verifies completed orders are loaded as planned
- Monitors loading and departure activity
- Coordinates and distributes work assignments to eFC Route Drivers
- Attends to phone lines; assists Route Drivers with issues during delivery process (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, scheduling issues)
- Tracks / updates / enters data on Driver manifests and completed deliveries / paperwork
- Tracks / files post-trip data records; tracks vehicle maintenance and registrations
- Escalates issues when resources do not meet business needs or demands
- Supports communication between eFC and store locations to ensure service level expectations are met
Inventory Management:
- Coordinates issues related to inventory integrity / product movement within the facility
- Completes inventory verification and monitoring / tracking processes (e.g., cycle counting)
- Ensures all items are assigned correct item attributes

Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Experience with Warehouse Management / H-E-B systems (e.g., OMI, EXE, Manhattan) - Required
- Experience with warehouse automation - Required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Intermediate knowledge of H-E-B systems (e.g., OMI, EXE, Manhattan) - Required
- Strong organization skills; attention to detail - Required
- Reading / writing and math skills - Required

- Computer proficiency, including MS Office - Required
- Ability to communicate effectively - Required

Education:
- HS Diploma or GED or equivalent - Required
Licenses/Certifications:
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Function in a fast-paced environment
- Sit / stand, walk, squat for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.
- Work extended shifts and fluctuating hours / days based on business needs, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Complete required training, as needed
- May work with automation within the facility
