EEG Monitoring Technologists are healthcare professionals who specialize in operating electroencephalogram (EEG) equipment to record and monitor the electrical activity of the brain. They play a crucial role in diagnosing neurological conditions such as epilepsy, sleep disorders, and brain injuries. These technologists prepare patients for procedures, ensure the quality of EEG recordings, and may work in hospitals, clinics, or specialized neurological centers.
