  • Operational Improvements: Gather system requirements, create specifications and deliver solutions to continuously improve, maintain data integrity and system uptime.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel and ServiceNow for incident management and reporting.
  • Mindset: A passion for learning and a high degree of self-awareness.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear instructions for non-technical users.
  • Reliability: The ability to multitask and manage your own workflow under the pressure of tight deadlines, particularly during financial close or system maintenance.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.

What We Offer You

  • Great Company Culture. Ranked as one of the most creative and innovative places to work, creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity and philanthropy are among the core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our continued success.
  • Growth: As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, inquisitive, collaborative and to grow within and around the company.
