Job Summary

The Tour Guide brings the history, legends, and natural beauty of Rock City Gardens to life through engaging and memorable guest experiences. This role leads guided tours, shares stories about Rock City's unique attractions, and helps guests make the most of their visit while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead guided tours for guests, school groups, and special events.
  • Share stories and information about Rock City Gardens' history, legends, attractions, and scenic views.
  • Create engaging, interactive experiences for guests of all ages.
  • Answer questions and provide directions, recommendations, and assistance throughout the tour.
  • Help maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Assist with special events and guest activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
