These positions include teaching assistants, administrative staff, counselors, librarians, and special education aides, among others. Educational support professionals help create a positive learning environment by supporting instructional activities, managing resources, and addressing students’ individual needs. Their work ensures that teachers can focus on teaching and that students receive the support necessary for academic success.
