Job Summary Job Summary Educational Support Personnel are non certificated personnel who will have duties aligned to instructional support and supervision, as well as non instructional support duties.

ESPs will be assigned assist student learning under the direction of a certificated teacher or administrator. An ESP will assist with assigned instructional support activities; as well as support the educational, social emotional and physical progress of RJA students. ESPs will also be assigned to non instructional duties, including student supervision and support.
