Job description

Job Title: Intern

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

INTREN is looking for an energetic, responsible, and highly motivated intern to join our growing organization. In this role, you would have the opportunity to learn various aspects of the Construction industry as a Utility Contractor.

INTERN JOB RESPONSIBITIES:

  • Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand, customers, and all other aspects of service.
  • Rotates though our divisions of responsibility and provides idea to grow and improve the business.
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research and propose ideas and solutions during the internship.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
  • Assists with other duties as assigned.

INTERN QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Self-starter that is eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Currently pursuing a degree.
  • Prior industry experience is preferred.
