  • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
    • Serves as a key member of the Physician Recruitment & Relations team by supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. This position helps create a positive experience for physicians and advanced practice providers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and serves as a relationship resource for employed and affiliated providers.
      The Specialist assists with candidate sourcing, marketing, interview coordination, onboarding, provider engagement activities, retention initiatives, and physician relations efforts that support Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers' strategic growth and workforce goals.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Professional/Educational
      • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
      • Degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, marketing, human resources, or related field preferred.
      • Two to five years of experience in healthcare recruitment, physician relations, business development, marketing, customer relations, or healthcare operations preferred.
      • Experience working with physicians, advanced practice providers, or healthcare professionals strongly preferred.
