Some of what you will do:ย 

As Program Manager, you will lead the growth of Staples' B2C and B2B payment portfolios, overseeing product and program management, salesforce engagement, marketing execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support day-to-day operations.ย 

Specifically, You Will:ย 

  • Communicate and champion the vision for Staples' consumer and business payment programsย 

  • Recommend program and product improvements supported by business cases and customer insightsย 

  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute program roadmaps and enhancementsย 

  • Communicate program goals and performance targets focused on customer acquisition and revenue growthย 

  • Act as a subject matter expert for payment programs and initiativesย 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure programs receive the right focus and visibilityย 

  • Develop and execute salesforce engagement initiatives, including SPIFFs, contests, and incentivesย 

  • Create and maintain sales and training materials for internal teamsย 

  • Monitor and report on program KPIs and performance metricsย 

  • Analyze results and provide insights and recommendations to improve performanceย 

  • Monitor and share competitive trends across the Canadian consumer and business payments marketย 

Some of what you need:ย 

  • 4+ years of product or program managementย 

  • Post secondary education, preferably in business administration or a relevant discipline/field, or equivalent work experienceย 

  • Project management accreditation an assetย 

  • Strong understanding of cards landscape & payments eco-systemsย 

  • Demonstrated and focused desire to build and grow lines of businessesย 

  • Experience launching customer facing products; solid knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologiesย ย 

  • Ability to think strategically and creativelyย ย 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with internal/external groupsย 

  • ย Self-motivated and results focused; able to work independently and proven track record of successย ย 

  • Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communicationย
