Full-Time Enrolment & Education Coordinator (Bilingual)

Full-Time Leadership Opportunity | Oxford Learning Orléans

Oxford Learning Orléans is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Enrolment & Education Coordinator to join our leadership team.

Working alongside the Centre Director, you will support new family enrolment, answer parent questions, oversee educational programming, and assist with the centre’s daily operations.

This is a full-time, in-person position. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

A valid Vulnerable Sector Check is required.


About the Role

As the Enrolment & Education Coordinator, you will work closely with students, families, teachers, and the Centre Director to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

You will welcome prospective families, conduct student assessments, develop personalized learning plans, monitor student progress, and support the centre’s instructional and administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities

Student Enrolment and Family Engagement

  • Welcome prospective families and introduce them to Oxford Learning programs
  • Respond to parent inquiries and guide families through the enrolment process
  • Build positive and meaningful relationships with students and parents
  • Conduct student assessments
  • Develop individualized learning plans based on each student’s needs
  • Meet regularly with families to review progress and celebrate achievements
  • Prepare clear and detailed student progress reports

Teaching and Educational Leadership

  • Teach students during afternoon and evening instructional hours
  • Support high-quality instruction across the centre
  • Ensure Oxford Learning’s teaching methods and standards are consistently maintained
  • Guide and support teachers in delivering effective programming
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and student-focused teaching environment

Centre Operations and Leadership

  • Coordinate student and teacher schedules
  • Prepare the centre for daily operations
  • Support the Centre Director with administrative and leadership responsibilities
  • Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and engaging learning environment
  • Assist students, families, and teachers wherever needed to support their success

Qualifications

Education and Language Requirements

  • A university degree in Education, Mathematics, Languages, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Fluency in French and English—spoken, written, and reading—is mandatory

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate is:

  • Passionate about education and student success
  • A confident and professional communicator who enjoys working with families
  • Comfortable leading, mentoring, and supporting a team
  • Organized, proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused
  • Experienced in teaching or tutoring
  • Experienced working in an educational environment

Previous leadership or management experience is considered a strong asset.


Compensation and Professional Growth

Salary: $45,000 / year

We are committed to supporting the professional development of our team members.

  • Six-month probationary period
  • Performance review after six months
  • Two weeks of paid vacation during the holiday season

Required Schedule

As an after-school learning centre, our leadership team works during the hours when students attend classes. The following schedule is required and non-negotiable.

July–August

  • Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

September–June

  • Monday–Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
