What You Can Expect

The Education Curriculum Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive surgeon and alliedhealth education program to support the safe, effective, and confident use of the Monogram orthopedic robotic system. Sitting within the Marketing organization, this role combines instructional design expertise, clinical understanding of orthopedic robotics, and strategic content development to deliver bestinclass education experiences.

The role functions as a subjectmatter expert and key partner to Commercial, Clinical, and R&D teams, ensuring that all medical education content is accurate, compliant, onbrand, and aligned with Monogram's broader commercial strategy.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Education Curriculum Development
    • Create a structured, multimodal training curriculum covering robotic workflow, system setup, surgical application, and advanced proficiency pathways.
    • Build content that supports learners from introductory through mastery, incorporating elearning, virtual training, cadaver labs, peertopeer forums, and communitybased learning.
    • Lead instructional design efforts, including curriculum architecture, learning objectives, training materials, assessments, and postevent reinforcement tools.
    • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, marketing messaging, and clinical accuracy.
    • Identify and integrate technologies (LMS, simulation, AIenabled training tools) to scale the education program.
    • Nominate faculty, KOLs, & subject matter experts to support curriculum execution.
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Collaborate with the Medical Education department to ensure successful endtoend rollout of education programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, event coordination, and faculty support.
    • Facilitate or cofacilitate surgeon education events, handson labs, and virtual workshops as needed.
    • Develop and maintain scalable digital learning resources and ondemand modules within an LMS environment.
    • Implement standardized assessments to measure competency, track learner progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with Clinical, Med Ed, R&D, and Marketing to ensure content accuracy, strategic message alignment, and consistent branding across all training materials.
    • Provide timely clinical and productrelated support for internal teams to ensure strong field readiness.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Med Ed to promote educational events, drive surgeon participation, and integrate training outcomes into broader commercial strategies.
    • Support Clinical and field teams by identifying knowledge gaps and designing targeted interventions.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Continuously evaluate program performance through learner feedback, competency data, adoption metrics, and market insights.
    • Update training content based on product updates, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends in orthopedic robotics and adult learning.
    • Stay current on surgical robotics best practices, instructional design advancements, and industry innovation.
    • Contribute to strategic planning for future education offerings and longterm learning pathways.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures, medical devices, and/or roboticassisted surgery.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in cadaver labs and clinical environments.
Your Background
  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.
    • Background in adultlearning principles or instructional design certification.
    • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for medical device training.
    • Experience supporting commercial teams in a healthcare/medical device environment.
Travel Expectations

Up to 50%, including shortnotice travel for surgeon labs, events, and training support.

Expected Compensation Range

$125,000 - $157,000 USD / Annual
