Job description

Job Description

  • Follow up with prospective students utilizing established admissions standards, guidelines, and criteria, with 30 enrollments a month.
  • A minimum of 350 calls approximately made per week.
  • On the phone 50-75% of the day making outbound calls, recruiting prospective students on a national level, while working efficiently unsupervised.
  • In-person tours of facility as needed.
  • Attending and preparing for local events as needed.
  • Develop, build and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
  • Develop positive long-term customer relationships.
  • Work in CRM system - Lead Square.
  • Prepare enrollment documents, i.e., DocuSign
  • Meet and/or exceed targeted sales goals.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour with commission of 3.7% on total monthly revenue earned

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • 2 Years of experience in Sales
  • Undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-volume outbound calling and professional follow-up with prospective students
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to meet or exceed monthly enrollment and performance goals.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, corporate accounts, and customer relationships.
