Jacksonville Airport Area
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

EDS Service Solutions is looking for a motivated, bilingual, and results-driven Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team!

If you enjoy recruiting, interviewing, helping people find jobs, and working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Source, recruit, and interview candidates

  • Make high-volume outbound recruiting calls

  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and orientations

  • Maintain employee and payroll documentation

  • Support employee relations and HR processes

  • Build community partnerships and recruitment networks

  • Ensure staffing goals and deadlines are met

  • Create employee communications and recruiting initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
