Job description

As a Vehicle Service Agent (VSA), you'll work in a team environment focused on providing our customers with high-quality, clean vehicles. We work in fast-paced facilities, both interior and exterior, cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles for a rental fleet located in Chicago, IL.

Location: Chicago O’Hare International Airport 

Job description

  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles for a rental fleet according to specific instructions.
  • Vacuum all areas including floors, seats, and the trunk.
  • Remove all trash and debris from the vehicle's interior.
  • Clean door frames, instrument panels, glass, and mirrors using appropriate products and equipment.
  • Drive and move vehicles to specific locations safely.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have a Valid US driver's license with driving experience and knowledge.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle a physical workload: walking, standing, bending, crouching, and getting in/out of vehicles safely.
  • Must be able to work with various cleaning equipment, detergents, and chemicals.
  • Must be able to work in outdoor environments and inclement weather (both hot and cold climates), with exposure to vehicle exhaust.
  • Flexible availability to work 8-hour shifts, including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
