Job description

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Food Services or site designee, substitutes may perform a variety of duties related to school food service operations. Assignments may include assisting with food preparation, serving meals, monitoring students during breakfast and lunch, washing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, and supporting the overall efficiency of cafeteria operations. Substitutes may also be asked to assist or fill in for the Head Cook or Cook as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
