Duties and responsibilities
• Content & Catalog Operations: Support the upkeep, accuracy, and optimization of product listings and catalog content across retail platforms — including titles, images, descriptions, and attributes
• A/B Testing: Help set up, monitor, and report on A/B tests for product content, creative, and placements; assist in synthesizing results into actionable takeaways
• Project Coordination: Track workflows, deadlines, and deliverables in Monday.com, keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned
• Retail Media Support: Get hands-on exposure to retail media campaign operations using Pacvue, including monitoring/reporting performance and assisting/learning optimizations
• Reporting & Documentation: Use Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to build recurring reports, decks, and process documentation
• AI-Assisted Workflows: Use Claude or leverage AI to support research, content drafting, data organization, and process efficiency
• General Retail Marketing Exposure: Partner with the marketing, omni, and sales teams to learn how catalog, media, and merchandising strategies come together across the retail marketing funnel

Desired Skills and Experience
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data/content at scale
• Curiosity about e-commerce, retail media, or digital marketing
• Comfortable learning new software tools quickly; prior experience with Monday.com, Pacvue, Brand Folder, or AI tools like Claude is a plus but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A love for pets
