About the role

You'll get to shape the customer journey and contribute to our passionate pursuit of building meaningful brand experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of on-ground brand activation campaigns, including developing briefs, coordinating with agencies, reviewing proposals, and ensuring timely execution. 
  • Act as the primary liaison for all digital communications, ensuring smooth coordination with partner agencies for content development, campaign planning, and execution. 
  • Handle social media management across assigned key brands with a focus on content strategy, platform engagement, and performance tracking. 
  • Oversee agency coordination for community management, query handling, and research activities. 
  • Participate in and document insights from regular Consumer Household Visits (CHVs) and market visits.
  • Assist in crafting presentations, data analysis and strategic documents, and contribute to campaign planning and brand growth initiatives.
