IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, seeking Administrative Assistant, in Lithia Springs, Georgia.   

Job Summary

  • Performs relatively complex secretarial duties including creating and preparing routine materials and proofreading, verifying and editing all materials for accuracy and clarity.
  • Organizes work load to comply with deadlines and priorities, works independently to complete assigned department functions and prepares routine correspondence, reports, forms, and the like for review by supervisor.
  • Manages and maintains purchase orders, related invoices and receiving documents.
  • Utilizes advanced software skills to prepare correspondence, reports, charts, tables and forms.   

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years office administration and/or secretarial experience, construction industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher and Access highly desired.
  • Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain required documentation for all responsibilities assigned.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
