Job Description

Title: SAP ABAP + HR Technical Consultant

Location: Reston, VA

Duration: Long Term

No.of positions: 4


Required Skills:

Requires software engineering/development skills to include analysis and hands-on experience in coding the SAP platform HR with integration to other modules and COTS solutions.

A high level competency in working various phases of the system development lifecycle as well as in depth understanding of SAP HR, extensive business process and functional knowledge, and experience with Success Factors.

A software developer designs, develops, and tests complex programs for SAP modules and functions using ABAP.

They may be expected to create specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming languages, designs forms and screens for SAP modules using tools such as SAPscript and SmartForms, and understanding of multi-system interfaces.

A developer also prepares comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions, test plans, and test data.
