Position Description

We are seeking passionate, dedicated professionals to help us continue to achieve our goals. We're currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Charleston, South Carolina.
The incumbent will work with a group of talented construction professionals that support our project teams, executive team, business developers, ownership representatives, and administrative teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position will support current and upcoming projects in the Charleston area.
Principle Responsibilities:
  • The assistant project manager will work closely with the project team while assisting with the day-to-day project requirements. These activities may include RFI's, submittals, project plans, coordination with subcontractors & suppliers, reviewing documentation, attending site meetings and supporting the project manager throughout construction and closeout.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
  • B.S. in Construction Management or Civil Engineering - preferred
