What You'll Do
- Lead customer consultations to define requirements, scope modifications, and develop functional designs for custom solutions.
- Lead customer-facing activities for Business Process Reviews, including onsite interviews, discovery sessions, process analysis, and presentation of findings and recommendations.
- Lead key Roadmap engagements, assist with training, identify product gaps and integration requirements, present recommendations to customer executives.
- Ensure user stories and test cases clearly define requirements and user acceptance criteria for software modifications.
- Collaborate with Development, Business Analyst and QA to design, test, and deliver scalable, high-quality customer solutions.
- Review porting lists and provide estimates to support customer upgrades.
- Create process maps to document current-state, future-state, and integration workflows.
- Leverage McLeod products and internal subject matter experts to maximize standard functionality and minimize customization.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in a technical or software-focused Business Analyst role.
- Experience reviewing porting lists and project-driven software modifications.
- Experience working with APIs, EDI, ETL processes, or system-to-system interfaces.
- Experience evaluating configuration-based solutions
- Ability to interpret technical outputs, including system logs and error messages
- Familiarity with database concepts and structured data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong documentation, organization, and record-keeping skills.
- Availability for occasional out of state travel to customer locations is required.

- Experience with software implementations, systems analysis, and technical consulting.
