- Leverage data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) to identify dormant or orphaned accounts and monitor remediation progress.
- Collaborate with application owners to validate account purpose and ownership.
- Apply standardized methodologies for account classification and authority assessment.
- Identify and escalate high-risk privileged accounts or excessive access.
- Contribute to audit readiness and compliance reporting for frameworks such as SOX, NIST, and ISO.
- Support ongoing IAM governance improvements and participate in cross-team initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years in IAM, specializing in account discovery.
- At least 4 years' experience in data analysis and access validation, with strong analytical abilities.
- 3+ years in security and risk assessment with a deep understanding of privilege levels and compliance.
- Expertise with Active Directory / Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID).
- Proficiency in IAM/IGA platforms, specifically SailPoint.
- Skilled in using Excel, Power BI, or SQL for large dataset analysis.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation.
- Professional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or IAM-related credentials.
Benefits
- Opportunity for career growth and development in a high-impact security role.
- Collaborative, expert-driven work environment.
- Exposure to the latest IAM technologies and industry best practices.
- On-site presence in modern offices in San Antonio or Plano, TX.
How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit their updated resume highlighting relevant IAM and data analysis experience. Qualified applicants will be contacted for a face-to-face interview.
