 Job Description:
As a Fountain Soda Machine Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fountain soda machines at client locations. This includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring machines are operating efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. You will work directly with customers to ensure that their machines are functioning at optimal levels and provide technical support as needed.

 Responsibilities:
  •  Installation & Setup: Install new fountain soda machines at customer locations, ensuring proper operation and safety protocols.
  •  Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of fountain soda machines, including the carbonation, refrigeration, and dispensing systems.
  •  Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining machine functions, and ensuring customers’ needs are met.
  •  System Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with machines, including mechanical, electrical, or water flow problems, and take necessary corrective action.
  •  Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and customer feedback.
  •  Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations related to beverage equipment installation and repair.

 Requirements:
